Maytag mvwx655dw1 bravos washer imbalance

I have a maytag bravos imbalance issue. I replaced the suspense rods, springs and cups with new amazon cheap parts. Didnt solve the issue. I removed the inner tub. The splines are still intact on the shaft. There is no lateral movement in the shaft and zero bearing noise. I do hear fluid sloshing around in the tub when i removed it but couldnt confirm if it is the balance ring or if water is no draining out of the tub completely. When i push down on the inner tub the springs do compress but no excessively. I also did the recalibration. Are there known issues with the cheap suspension parts, or maybe installation mistake. Any other possible problem i am overlooking?
