I get nuttin at the GE site with that model number. If you're sure it's correct, it may be because it's a Canada-only model.

Yep, just found that and I'm hoping so, but the mini manual lists leds flashing for codes but my customer has a display giving e1, not sure which fault that corresponds with

According to a couple of internet searches, E1 means water has leaked into the base.
