Samsung Refrigerator freezing food all of a sudden (Model RS25J500DSR/AA)

So our Samsung fridge started freezing food all of a sudden.  I pulled it out and cleaned all the dust off the back and pulled the back cover off and cleaned the coils using a vacuum and compressed air.  There was quite a lot of dust.  But its still staying below freezing (29 F) with is set at the lowest setting (warmest).

What do I do next to troubleshoot?

Thanks!

Hi, I just had this issue. I wasn't able to find detailed instructions for this model of Samsung refrigerator so I ended up calling a service technician ($85) to diagnose the issue. In short, steps to try: 1. Clean the coils (Easy and free); 2. Replace temperature sensor (Easy to replace ~$25 for a new one), 3. Replace the fan (Moderate ~$60 for a new one), 4. Replace the damper (Moderate ~$120 for a new part). In my case I completed the first 3 steps before calling the technician and it was the damper that was broken and needed to be replaced. All the parts above are 'plug and play' no wiring required. The fan is behind the panel on the freezer side, temperature sensor and damper are behind the light on the fridge side. Hope this helps.
