Compresser is not cycling and sometimes shuts off needing reset. Then stopped resetting. Unit is less than 2 yo. The video I found online has a pop off case using a screwdriver. Mine has a screw that won't budge. Can't tell if it's flat, Phillip's, or special. How to get it off safely. Also paid too much for the part including 20 extra just for shipping 🤬. How do I search for this number on amazon. Which code to use.

Where does this go? Is it safe to leave it out. It fell out when I wiggled off the cover. I lost my food bc afraid to repower w/o being sure if it's safe. Is this forum populated. No interaction. Where's the folks at.
