GE freezer ZIFP360NXALH unresponsive control

initially this freezer was not cooling and the control interface was mostly unresponsive with no digital display. I checked the power to the main control board 120 VAC with no power going out to the interface so I replaced the Main control WR55X10922. Then the unit started cooling but the same problem with interface remained. So I replaced the user interface WR55X10927. Unit is still cooling and there is a change in the interface, it will respond to pushing buttons with a beep then zeros will show up with 3 beeps then display goes blank. Is there anyone smart enough to figure this one out?
