I found 1 J/A manual that was close but I could not find anywhere in there where it says "do not use' on the screen.

Haven't heard that one but try checking the oven probe. Their other brands will say unavailable feature.

I am going to have her send me a pic maybe she told me wrong.

I am trying to get the picture she text  me onto the computer, I have failed so I will type it in.

 

F2E1: Stuck/Shorted Key

The product is experiencing a problem and can no longer be used.

This oven is less than 2 years old. She still wants me to workl on it do not know if I want to or not.

F2 E1 stuck key on touch pad. My cost  900.00 and I have no availibiliy. I told her to call J/A.
