I have a GE PSC23SGRDSS refrigerator and yesterday the evaporator fan was touching against the plastic plenum.  I disassembled the freezer to gain access to the evap fan motor and it was ok.  I reseated the fan blade / impeller and it started right up.  After a couple of hours of running, the temperature dropped about 5 deg F.   After checking the compressor, it was very hot to the touch -- do  not know what is normal?  I unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in after 10 minutes, it started up but the temperature showed it had a larger drop, about 12 deg F not 5 deg F previously mentioned.  This seems odd that the drop in temperature was different.  After about another hour the fridge compressor, condensing and evap fan stopped working.  Unplugged the Unit and plugged it back in after 10 minutes nothing happened.  It sat for about 1.5 hours and then plugged it back in and the cooling system started, compressor, cond fan and evap fan.  Check the main board for any visual signs but I did not notice anything.  Any help with this fridge would be great - It seems that a new purchase may be on the horizon.  Please help, Thx
