Upon frustration with how long a dish was cooking on convection mode, I suggested changing to the normal mode.The convection temp showed 375 for about an hour. She pressed stop, then Bake. She entered the temp of 375, the Start. Bake mode started, but the oven temp now showed 330. If I understand this correctly, the connection mode was 45 degrees lower than Bake mode. This behavior is consistent with previous experience. We tend to avoid convection mode due to slow cooking. This is the first time we changed more in the middle of baking.

How do I fix this?
