Frigidaire Double Wall Oven (FGET3065PFC) stays at about 100 degrees F after turning off

The oven heats fine to whatever temperature the oven is set to. The problem occurs every time the oven is turned off. The oven will cool to about 100 degrees F and will stay there indefinitely (for days). If I briefly turn off the power at the breaker and then immediately back on, the oven will cool to room temperature and stay cool.

I have replaced the Control Board (316443936) but that did not solve the problem. There is another Control Board (5304507688) but I'm reluctant to just blindly replace that as the first board didn't solve the issue.
