Guys, I tried searching for a 695 manual but it came back zilch.  I don't have the exact M/N and as this is a customer who's rarely home, I'm not going to be able to get it from him either.  The complaint is that water is leaking from bottom of fridge.  Possible defrost drain - or more?  I don't see Subzero very often here.  Haven't been on site yet but want to show up prepared.  Thanks.
