Hi all! Put a new motherboard in my 1 yr old washer, it was dead. 😡 Now I have power but nothing works correctly. It only fills for a min then drains and tries to spin but can't, there's nothing in there to spin.

Do I have to program it or something? I tried to go into service mode to look for codes but the pause button won't work and I can't turn off the machine. Plus the lid won't lock. I have the circuit breaker flipped so it doesn't burn itself out trying to spin.

I finally have power but nothing works. 😭

I can't set anything. 😳

I'm open to any suggestions!

One thing you model number is incorrect its 0WW

yes your pcb needs the personality changed to the correct one problem is I don't have the manual for 465 and you need to know what to set...

Long story short you would need to contact the company you got the board from get your machine into service mode and then punch in the code for the machine.

Thank you, I'll try that, nothing else has worked. I appreciate your time. 😊

This happened to me on my girls washer so it won't be a big deal but I was surprised the manual I had didn't have your model.

I've referred my handyman to this forum, thank you all so much! I'm gonna try to go into  Field Service Mode and see if I can figure it out. If not me, maybe he'll have better luck. It's not something he's familiar with and I don't know Jack! 😂🤣

Thanks again everyone!
