I have a Samsung Rf220NCTABC french door frig and ice has started to accumulate on the floor under the freezer bin.  There is supposedly a drain plug there but we have been unable to find it.  What can be done to correct this.

get yr eye balls on the cold radiator in the freezer and melt the ice underneath with a turkey baster and hot water till you can see the drain hole and pour in more water till it starts draining freely. You can also unplug the fridge for 48 hours with doors open  but it might reoccur.

If there is a drain hole on our model it is under the lining on the inside of the freezer drawer.  After we took out the bins we could see no sign of a drain just an uninterropted span of white plastic.  Since my wife got rid of the ice there have been no more incidents of waterrr spilling out from under the frezer.
