Frigidaire Oven 316455400 (Electric) temperature drops

Hello - I'm fighting with a Frigidaire oven that drops temperature. eg. I can set it for 395 and it heats to 380-ish and then immediately drops to the 200s or lower. I have replaced the control board, the temperature sensor, the bottom bake element. I have tested the temperature sensor wires at 1k ohms. The broil element works and will maintain a consistent broiling temperature. I have no idea what else could be the problem. My test tools are a multimeter and a digital oven thermometer with a wired probe that seems pretty accurate. Thank you!

A quick update on this. I think I got got with the replacement control board. It probably arrived bad. I ordered it on 'Zon for $65 and it came with a replacement front panel sticker which I understand are usually $20 by itself. When I researched it elsewhere that price seems too good to be true. I'm sending that one back and will order from a reputable dealer for $140+

Correction to title, model number is FCRE305LAFJ

I got the new control board and it seems better but still funky. I set for 400, it jumped to 450+ (preheat?), dropped to 345 and now back to 411. Quite the fluctuation.

Here's something I just realized though. The range is about 1' from an AC vent so maybe that is dropping the temperature? I'm going to get a vent covering magnet because maybe that's a problem.

That's actually not unusual at all, especially for a standard electric oven. Ovens don't maintain a steady temp, they are going to cycle high and low from the set point. This temp differential will always be greater during preheat and for the first few cycles and will usually settle down a bit after the oven is on for a while. After it preheats and cycles a few times, what you want to look at is the highest temp and the lowest temp and figure the average, and that should be fairly close to your set point. Some ovens (gas mainly) can maintain a single digit temp swing but for some others, a temp swing of 40-50F or so is not necessarily unusual depending on the design of the unit and such. You don't want to start measuring temps until it has had a chance to fully warm up though. I always tell my customers to wait a good 10-15 minutes after the stove beeps (or otherwise indicates it has preheated) before measuring temps or baking something critical like cookies.
