I'm doing pretty good. Things are harder, but mostly everything is OK. 

Unfortunately, I only have access to the parts diagrams, which are on Encompass.com. Bertazzoni does have a "service" website listed on a thread here somewhere, but all they have are the same diagrams as individual pictures on encompass.

I haven't seen an actual service manual or schematic from them in a really long time. I'm not even sure they produce/release them anymore.

I'll go check my other computer and see if I have anything.

I can long in and search that model number above PROSO30X and come up with parts and a wiring diagram, but when I log out the only way to log back in is to clear my cache on my computer.To download the wiring diagram is to hit the printer icon on there bar on the left of the page and it downloads to your computer.At least on a apple computer.Not a good site or at least on a apple.Maybe friendlier with a window computer.
