Unsuccessfully searched the files section for anything for this washer. Looking for the service manual or a tech sheet for troubleshooting: what or where to check first when you find water on floor at the front of the washer after doing a load. (...PT0 is same model just different color)

But that won't help with troubleshooting a leak.  The pump is at the front but keep in mind that water leaks often flow elsewhere from the source.  You need to research basic techniques for disassembly of a Whirlpool direct-drive washer.  YouTube can be your friend but beware of instances of someone disassembling it wrong, such as destructively prying the back panel open.  Correct way is removing the control console anchor screws (which in your case should be at the back of the console endcaps), flipping the console upward/back, disconnecting the lid switch wire harness, removing the two spring clips that anchor the cabinet/top to the rear panel, then tipping the cabinet forward off the base.
