Trying to find out why the fridge has a thawed evaporator and no fan action despite getting 12 volts to the fan. Hoping the keypad dance will tell me something.

Is there not a diagnostics mode I can access? Room temp evaporator in the fridge, and fan motor not working. Wondering if it's possibly a logic thing where it's not sending refrigerant if the fan isn't giving feedback, but need the keypad dance to further investigate.
