Bosch B21CL80SNS/01 French Dr Bottom Mount - Force Defrost Mode - Ice buildup on evaporator.

Hello,

Hope someone out there have a service manual and can tell me how to force my fridge into defrost mode.

Its has been icing up and defrost doesn't seem to be working as it should.

On this unit, the design is such that to replace the defroster, its a full swap of the evaporator. I don't even see a thermistor part as an option if that's the issue.

Fridge isn't even that old.
