GE Profile PS960BL1TS Triple Burner Failure

I have a GE Profile PS960BL1TS range where the front triple burner will no longer heat and the hot indicator for the burner is stuck on. I think the replacement element is wb30t10155. Any insight on removing the glass top for this model?

This shows the parts diagram there are a couple screws on the side and 10 more to remove a wire harness and something about lifting too high will break the glass  be careful wear arm protection maybe safety glasses in case you drop it and break it..
