Manufacturer: GE
Type of Appliance: Refrigerator
Model Number: GSH22KGPAWW
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

I need to know if there's any service bulletins for this model from GE related to frost. I was able to find mini manuals for GSH22*, but these models could be very different to the one I'm working with. Multiple repairs have already happened on this fridge replacing all the defrost components including in the control board multiple times. The customer had a pile of duplicate parts next to his fridge. If anyone has the actual full service manual that would be really helpful too.

Thank you for all this information. Those are really interesting diagnostic bulletins.  I found out the problem may have been a hot ground: 24v.  The GE authorized service tech didn't notice that on three visits replacing all those defrost parts.
