Samsung Oven not Heating, Bake or Broil. Model FE710DRS

Hi,

My Samsung FE710DRS will not heat on bake or broil so I began by checking continuity on both elements.

Broil measures ~16ohms but the bake element would not measure when I placed the leads on the terminals but it does read ~7ohms when I place the leads on the element itself.

I was surprised the oven won't broil since there is continuity on that element. Does this sound like a faulty bake element somehow leading to issues with the broil element?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
