Samsung refrigerator(RS27T5200SR) icemaker is pushing out ice cubes too early. Cubes are half water

it's 2 years old refrigerator and just out of warranty by 2 weeks.

I noticed ice cubes are all melt and stick together. I have tried clean/reset the icemaker several times. Reset seems to work. it moves with clean water.

The only problem I noticed is that icemaker is pushing cubes too early. When it drops, it breaks and all water get out or it's not making icecubes by the time it's pushing?. There are debris of ice pieces and water melts everywhere in the bucket.

Temp is set as 0

is the icemaker just malfunctioning that would require replacement or is there any fix I can try?
