Diagnostic mode on GE GNE25GKYFBB refrigerator

I have a GE refrigerator that is less than one year old and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had GE warranty service through Sears come out multiple times and they still haven’t diagnosed the issue. I believe it’s a thermocouple problem that is causing the damper not to open correctly. The freezer remains cold, but the refrigerator warms up to 60°. Eventually, the defrost cycle kicks in, which manually opens the damper  after the defrost is complete. I need to get the mini manual with the instructions for entering diagnostic mode and trying different diagnostic test to verify.
