I have a GE washer model number GTW460ASJ2WW. We are having an issue with the washer only spinning the clothes out on the heavy duty cycle. 

 

I have checked the fault codes and the only codes that were stored were 04- reset motor and 14- lid lock fault. 

The suspension seemed to be in good shape as well. 

The washer tested fine in each test during manual test in service mode. The machine had no issue with an empty tub on normal. 

 

I know this machine has a service bulletin for a software update that could fix the problem but I believe it would have out of balance code if that was the issue.

 

Any ideas?
