Kenmore Model 110.20232711 Top Load Troubleshooting

I recently deep cleaned my kenmore top load washing machine and after putting it back together and in place, it is not progressing through any cycle properly.

If I start a normal cycle it will sense, fill, agitate and complete the “wash” part of the cycle, but when it moves to “rinse” nothing happens and the green rinse light blinks. Same thing with the rinse/spin cycle.

I sprayed the inside of the washer down when I cleaned it, and may have gotten some water in places it shouldn’t be. Could that be the cause of my issue? And how could I diagnose / fix that?

Thanks
