Rapid preheat option no longer available

Hi,

I have a Whirlpool model WEE750H0HZ0 electric oven and range with a glass top.  When I used to start the bake features and set the temp on the touchscreen, there used to be a "rapid preheat" option which I could click in the lower left portion of the screen and it would heat up faster.  That option is gone.  Disappeared.  The oven still reaches the temp I set, just without the ability to do rapid preheat.  What could the problem be and how do I fix it?

Never had that issue but did you try cutting the power for a few minutes to reset the control?
