Align doors: Whirlpool WRF757SDHZ04 french door refrigerator

We had our new refrigerator delivered and "installed".  The leveling feet had never been lowered so I leveled it side to side and front to rear.

Next comes door alignment.  But I wanted to hear from you folks about what to do here.  I attached a picture  - looking down at the door misalignment.  The left door protrudes toward the front about 1/4" as compared to the right door at the top.  However, the left and right doors appear to protrude the same amount at their respective hinge points at the top.  At their bottom edges, the left door protrudes outward about 1/16" as compared to the right door...  Very close.

The left door's top seal is not compressed as much on its right end as it is on its left end.  If I press (hard) on the left door's top right corner, I can 'correct' the alignment.

Is this just poor quality control?  Seems the left door is improperly shaped.  I don't know how alignment will fix it.

Any advice would be appreciated.  Also if additional information would help, please so advise.

Thank you!

I think the gasket is not installed correctly or damaged some of these refrigerators have plastic guides or magnets or other strange things you might try a steamer and gently massage it out maybe the hinge is bent really strange. Call whoever you bought it from get a tech out

I called Whirlpool and they sent a tech out.  He said the 1/4" front-to-back mis-alignment at the top was just aesthetics and there was nothing that could be done other than to replace the door.  And that Whirlpool would not replace the door just due to aesthetics.

The first thing he did was to raise the levelers such that the refrigerator was resting on the rollers.  Then he raised the left side enough to get the roller off the floor.  Then he raised the right side until the doors were at the same level at the top (no front to back leveling).  He didn't use a level.  Is that a common way to 'level' a refrigerator?  I was surprised.

I told him that when I bought the refrigerator, I did so expecting it would look as 'aesthetically' pleasing as the one in the store and this refrigerator did not meet that expectation.

Of course, the refrigerator doors still have the 1/4" mis-alignment front to rear at the top (they are aligned front-to-back at the bottom).  Any advice for how I should approach Whirlpool with this issue?

Thank you for the advice!

I don't do installs but I know xpo does most  installs they don't care... I would return it for refund if within 30 days I don't have a clue this is not a problem I've dealt with and most people here would not be dealing with way too much liability you would have to make measurements with a set of calipers or remove the gasket as I said originally... tech should have but warranty repairs will not cover this. Hate to say you're screwed on this

You can physically try to twist/bend the door. example Put the bottom of the right door against your thigh and just pull on the top of it towards you. Start with light pressure, as you might be surprised at how easy some doors are to bend... While others can be very difficult to bend.
