Is there a substitute part or solution for "No Longer Manufactured" outer bake element (WB44X10018) on GE Monogram 30" range (ZDP30N4H2SS)?

The outer bake element (and many other parts) are no longer available from GE. The element is damaged beyond repair.

Are there any supply houses that may have old parts or other alternatives than throwing out an otherwise great appliance?

The trick is the outer element has to fit just right around the inner one (see photo). It is 20" wide at front, 19" deep to oven wall, ~12.5"-12.75" back width screw to screw, installed. At front "V" point it is about 16.5" to back wall.

I would go ebay sometime if you put the part number in you'll see what that has been changed to... on like partselect or repair clinic

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, no possible replacements come up when I try that. I did message one supplier to see if they had any ideas; so far no luck.

If you have any appliance parts stores in your area you can drop by and ask them to see catalogs of aftermarket bake elements... I took a quick glance, I don't see any that are perfect but I see a couple that would work.   photo attached

You also have to pay attention to what kind of connector you need at the end, and what the mounting plate looks like.   This is just a friendly suggestion, please do at your own risk.17254191048053388257306813138220.thumb.jpg.a5efa02d92a6cd4166fe153d4891f696.jpg
