Amana Top Loading Washer Model NTW4650YQ0 makes grinding noise when agitating during wash cycle

Hi there - my Amana NTW4650YQ0 top loading washer makes a grinding/squeaking sound when it's agitating during the wash cycle, but when the washer is not on and I move the drum/basket by hand, it doesn't make the noise at all, nor does it make any unusual sounds when it's in the spin cycle. Any ideas about what might be wrong? Thank you!

possibly not the hub. i would inspect the bottom and see if everything ok
