Kenmore Elite Front Load Washer PF Error

Recommended Posts

I need some help on what could be wrong with my Kenmore Elite Front Load washing machine.  Model number 79641473210.  When my wife runs a cycle it starts the load and begins the cycle but after about 5 minutes run time, it shows a PF error code and doesn't complete the cycle.  I turn the washer back on, clear the code and it will continue the cycle but the issues happens over and over.  I have verified 120 volts at the outlet with a multimeter and even swapped out the wall outlet with a new one just to be sure.  I have unplugged the machine, waited 10 minutes and plugged it back in but same results.  Never had an issue with this washer until now and would love to keep it going.  Any help would be appreciated.

run an extension cord to a different breaker outlet you might have a simple issue or a board blown up... PF is power failure.
