I am reaching out to see if you can give me the information for the samsung ice maker repair kit. 

 

I have included an attachment photo of the fridge model number tag.

 

I  believe based on the model and serial number that determines exactly which kit I will use. 

 

I also was informed that if I am not a certified samsung technician I do not have

Privy to this information. 

Or at least based on my specific model and serial numbers it's not readily available on the lists that are out there for the general public. 

Any help would be very much appreciated.

yes i have seen this doc.

However the 8th and ninth digit of my serial number ( GC - production range) is not listed in the section corresponding to my model number ( RF28JBEDB**)

I was told that you must be a certified samsung tech in order to get the correct IM repair kit info directly from samsung in this particular instance. 

IE;  (the 8th and ninth digit of my serial number ( GC - production range) is not listed in the section corresponding to my model number ( RF28JBEDB**)
