Whirlpool WRF736SDAM14 refrigerator not putting out ice

I checked the tech sheet and performed the relevent tests related to the ice maker.

FYI, there are frozen cubes in the icemaker ready to push out.

Service test 59: Ice Maker Motor.  If I am reading this correctly, there are two steps to this process.

Result: Step 1:  times out, giving the 02 after 70 seconds, harvesting not completed. Step 2 gives 01, indicating harvesting completed.

Service test 58: IceMaker Heater Activation and Thermistor

Result: indicates temperature cooler than harvest temperature

Service test 57: Ice Maker Harvest

Result: giving the 02 after 70 seconds, harvesting not completed

Service test 56: Ice Maker Error Codes

Result: E2, Motor lost position

History of the refrigerator. Wife noticed a loud noise in the back of the fridge, and we remarked that it hadnt made ice in a day or two and that the inside temp of the fridge seemed warm. I checked behind the bottom freezer drawer and could see that it had iced up.   I cleaned the coils and defrosted the unit, after which we verified that the fridge was cooling properly.  We placed a known good digital thermometer in the fridge and noticed that the fridge would only cool down to about 41 degrees even though fridge temp was set to 37 degrees.  Changed temperature control to 33 degrees and digital thermometer confirmed that inside temp of fridge at the bottom was reaching 37 degrees and holding.

Based on the error code, I assumed the ice maker was bad, and so I ordered a new icemaker online, part number W11579560, and installed it.  However, I have the same symptoms as above. Yes, I have double checked all electrical connections, and new icemaker also has frozen ice in it, waiting to be dispensed.

What am I missing?

Now that the temperature display on the fridge has been set to 33 degrees to achieve a true 37 degrees in the fridge, I'm noticing that the bagged ice cubed we poured into the dispenser do not stick together anymore.  We have had this fridge for 4 years that came with the house we purchased, and the ice cubes have always stuck together in the bin after a little while.

I would be checking the Ice room fan, and thermistor the ice maker area needs to be 15F or less to make ice

Not sure if you bought an OEM or knock off Ice Maker the knock off you have a 30% chance it will not work or last a year. You probably have a drain problem and a maybe a bad thermistor in the evaporator. You have a multiple problem situation here... You need serious testing and you better keep an eye  on this because if you have a bad thermistor it could go south real quick...I'd be worried about the noise issue first... ice not dispensing means the heater did not loosen it up or the motor did not rotate to drop the cubes go back and test more 56-59 observe carefully. Read the tech sheet until you UNDERSTAND what is supposed to happen.
