Logik dishwasher door opens mid cycle and tightening screw shows no resistance

I had this dishwasher Logik LID60B18N when I moved in. The door was slamming all the way down when open. It then started to open mid cycle and now it looks like it is not holding well during the cycle

I read that I could tighten the door tension by tightening some screws, so I tried doing that. I tightened one of the screws and when i was going to tighten the other, i noticed that it was rotating without any resistance.

I saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjXzdPXUhCI&list=WL&index=1&t=263s and got to think that maybe i need to replace the string. What do you think? Any idea of what string would fit a Logik LID60B18N washing machine?
