No ice or water from door

I have a whirlpool refrigerator MODEL GI5FSAXVY00. I can’t get water or ice to dispense from door unless I open the other side door while holding the glass against the lever.  Always get ice doing this but not always water. The parts I’ve replaced are the door panel digital pad, door switches, and water inlet valve.
