Frigidaire Gallery Dishwasher FGID2466QF5A not circulating water

I have this dishwasher and the water does not circulate; the water/service test displays "hS" (hall sensor) indicating that the circulation pump is not rotating.

I detached the harness from the circulation pump motor and tested the resistance of the circulation pump motor windings and they are 330 ohms, which seems a bit high to me, but I do not have the service manual for this dishwasher to know if this is normal. I then hooked the circulation pump motor directly up to 120VAC and it spins up and pushes the water around just fine.

After this I tested the circulation pump motor voltage at the board, with the following results:

-with the circulation pump motor harness plugged in, the circulation pump motor board voltage shows 0.33VAC. This increases to 0.45VAC when the circulation pump motor should be active, dropping back down to 0.33VAC after several seconds (this is then the "hS" error code shows up).

-with the circulation pump motor harness detached, the circulation pump motor board voltage shows 32VAC. This increases to 35VAC when the circulation pump motor should be active, and then drops back down to 32VAC after several seconds (this is when the "hS" error code shows up).

Any idea what might be going on with this one? Is the seemingly high resistance of the circulation pump motor normal (especially considering that it does function with voltage directly applied), leading to the issue being a faulty control board?

Thanks for any suggestions on this one.
