Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): yes

Per customer, glass door not opening or closing properly.  I'm trying to do some pregame before going out tomorrow.  I don't see this model on searspartsdirect, repair clinic, but I received a picture of the model/serial sticker from the customer and confirmed it exists on LG site.  The picture on the LG site looks like it is a different door mechanism that the button on the handle like LXS...

Thanks for checking y'all!  It ended up being a door leveling issue.  The see thru door needed to be adjusted up with the nut at the bottom of the hinge so as to not scratch the drawer.
