hi all.. first post here..

i am a tech from bc canada.. been doing this for some 30 years..

recently i have got 4 new electrolux "lux care" dryers... and all seem to be making bad roller sounds... but when i open them up, the new bearing style rollers are all good and not "wobbling" on the shaft... the tension wheel appears good... has any one had any experience with this issue?... has there been any service bulletins on this issue?

these are brand new units. oh.. one is about 6 months used..

any help would be appreciated..
