The washer is spinning fine it's just not agitating. The belt is fine. There is a semi hard plastic (I assume it's a buffer) that was sticking out when I was checking the belt. The attached picture I'm trying to show the location. GLWS1649AS1.thumb.jpg.4981f5bc1279bc5db3d5833300a2882b.jpg

That plastic/nylon ring is the snubber/damper ring to stabilize the complete wash assembly when spinning.

Shows as no longer available when looked up on APP site but there is one without the picture that shows it is, also other sites have it.
