NXR Double oven, Left small oven door will not open, parts are not available ? Can I get these hinges rebuilt somewhere, somehow ?

The smaller oven is presently unable to be opened due to the hinges being in some way jammed.  I need to know how to proceed with opening this oven,  it is not locked by a self cleaning latch as there is no self cleaning feature.  And I certainly don't want to simply forcibly pull it open and do further damage.   The larger oven has the door slightly open due to the usual hinge wear. .  I'm having a hard time finding any supplier for this manufacturer.  Please help.

also the difficulty in opening the small oven is there seems to be no way to do it outside of brute force..... a little HELP !

I did find the parts on NXR"s website so the hinges have been acquired,  I will be installing soon and find out if they are the right hinges,  and if I can open the small oven and install those hinges. 

Heres the NXR website,  I certainly hope this is their site,  or that they provide the correct parts,  we are in uncharted territory.
