Trying to figure out the btu’s and cook times for my son so he can know the real difference between Air Fry and Convection Bake. Good question right? Sounds like a short journey for @Son of Samurai Be mathematically more fun if it was electric but it’s not.

Here you go -- I included the spec sheet, which does have the BTU ratings of the elements.
