Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): Yes
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

Trying to acquire the full service manual for this model. So far I have only ran across mini manuals. The customer is saying that his refrigerator is leaking in both the front and back. Also the crisper drawer in the fresh foods section is freezing vegetables instead of just keeping them cool.
