Model Number: RF28HFEDTSR/AA
Brand: Samsung


Samsung Fridge. Unplugged to sweep out the back and moved about a foot. No Kinks in the water lines. Have the 33 E error on the display. Called Samsung. Model of fridge: RF28HFEDTSR/AA. Held down the Freezer and Fridge buttons for over ten seconds. Does not change/reset. Read other places for other combinations and not working. Not sure if some reset button is on the inside. I unplugged again and waited like ten minutes and repeated. Not working. All things working in the fridge just annoying this display (light where water is dispenses on all the time though). Read and saying about the water intake heater etc....there are no kinks and double checked. Any suggestions. They want to send a service person out and honestly if they are here for like 15 minutes just to hit some button..don't want to pay for this. PLEASE someone out there help. Thanks in advance.
