Sub Zero sxs leaking from fridge. Any service bulletins for this?

Serial # F4471448

Drain line is plugged, causing mag  Currently on the phone with Sub Zero.

Are there any service bulletins for this? Specifically for the serial number listed, as I've seen the threads that do touch on this with other sub zeros.

Also any tech sheets or service manuals would be greatly appreciated.
