Samsung rs26h fridge will not cool

Good day everyone, I am new here. Thanks for this forum.

My issue for today is that I have a Samsung rs26h and it won't cool or freeze, so normally when I power it on error 33 E, so I hold down Power Freeze + Power Cool then it would go away with normal operation. 

However I noticed a few weeks ago the fridge got warm and the freezer started defrosting, now nothing cools or freezes, I unplugged it overnight m, days, yet still won't work. I cleaned the coils, I check the back fan, it works.

So I removed the back covers, on the inverter board, the red led is constant / solid on, no blinks. So when I plug it in you will here the compressor power on the it goes off after a few seconds. The display says 33 E but after Power Feeze + Power Cool, it changes to 80f 80f, so Then I removed the connector from the compressor hoping to see a relay or a capacitor, nothing just a simple 3 pin connector. I am hoping someone can help. Thanks
