Manufacturer: LG
Type of Appliance: Top Load Washer
Model Number: WT8405CW/01
Have you validated the model number at an online parts site like Repair Clinic? (yes or no): No
Have you watched the video on how to search for manuals and have you searched the Downloads section prior to posting this request? (yes or no): Yes

If anyone could assist, I'd appreciate the service manual for this LG washer. Neither Sears Parts Direct nor Encompass recognizes the model number. I don't even bother with searching a model number on Marcone when it's a foreign brand. Maybe it's too new? Customer said it was purchased just three months ago. Model/serial number tag is attached. Thanks!20250121_173812.thumb.jpg.a90669f6728dc38a9f560bac5c426470.jpg

Are you sure that's not WT7405CW/01?

All I have to go by is the model number tag.

See if this one is close enough to your model that it will work:

I found that the manual for the WT8600C more closely represented what I was looking at with the style of control panel. However, after reading both manuals, the same key dance is used for entry into the diagnostic cycle for both models. Thanks, @Samurai Appliance Repair Man
