I'll call Hisense tomorrow and see if there is a service manual. I don't see one in the Hisense portal

Question. Are you in Canada?

So I found out HFE3501CPS is a Canadian model. Hisense servicers such as myself don't have access to Canadian model literature and tech support doesn't either.

However a similar USA model would be the HBE3501CPS, I below is a link to the service manual for HBE3501CPS, I imagine there is a lot for commonality between the two
