Not trying to be a wise a$$ but is this yours or are you charging someone to fix it? If you are charging you should be able to read the schematic and if you cannot that's why we in this profession get a bad rap.

Hello, my kick-butt friend. I would recommend switching the wire of the good electrode with the wire of one of the other three electrodes that don't work. If the previously-good electrode stops working and the other electrode starts working, then we know that you have a wiring or electrode problem. If, however, nothing changes, then the spark module is most likely bad.

Should you feel adventurous and decide to delve further into the operation of surface burners, our vain-glorious and malodorous host has prepared a primer on this subject which you may read here.

pardon me for not being more specific and telling you the schematic has misteriously vanished. if i could find my way through the grease pit of a range i might be able to figure something out. not giving service reps a bad name!!!just trying to make an honest buck.the burner switches are wired so you can't test them, but after thinking about it i did figure it out.......
