I have a KitchenAid KGSC308LSS0 range with a dead display. Previously it did work but constantly would give probe messages and sometimes it would even go into a reboot loop. I swapped control board with a replacement and it powered up briefly and displayed  F1E3 but then it completely shut down. Tried extended power cycling from breaker to no avail, and checked all fuses under the control panel and they are fine. Fuse on left has 120V in and out, and high limit fuse on the right is open which is correct from my research. Looking to see of control board is getting correct voltage from power boarddown below but cannot find service manual for my model. Anyone able to help?

Anyone??? I know that service manual is on this site. Was hoping someone could at least look at it and give a little help please 😁
