Got to job and high limit fuse was blown because exhaust vent was clogged. He had them cleaned and I installed a new high limit. He called me the next morning and said it stopped heating during the cycle. Element was not grounded but explained the element can be shorting out when the coils get heated. Decided to swap in a new element kit with the 4 fuses. Turned on timed dry for 15 minutes with volt meter hooked up to relay on board. Dryer was cycling on and off and heating. Exhaust vent is clear. Blower wheel is secure, Everything was cleaned, No lint build up. High limit fuse blown again...
