LG Model DLE3050W dryer won't run.

Hi folks.  The dryer did a load and a few minutes later would  not start for the next load. Dryer turns on allows you to pick a cycle, but when you push the start button, the drying light flashes but it does not start. I tried an LG reset, didnt work. Jumpered the door switch but didn't start when I tested for voltage across the jumper, I got nothing, so, I removed thee jumper and put the probes of my Klein MM directly into the plug I got voltage. I checked the switch and it tests ok for continuity when the button is depressed. I disassembled the machine further and checked the thermal fuse and it tested correctly for continuity. I checked incoming power, and got 120v from black or red to white, and 240v black to red. It would seem that the two most likely defects are not the problem. Not sure where to go from here. I printed the schematic so it was big enough to read, but, it doesn't show the sequence of events in the start up. Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks.

What fuse did you test? There is one on the blower and one on the element. I would also check the cycling thermostat possibly the switch by the tensioner pulley.

inspect/test the control board

Thanks for the reply. I checked the one on the element. I was thinking that I would proceed to the tensioner switch. I wasn't aware there was one on the blower. I will check the schematic again to locate that. Thanks for that. Would I be correct in assuming the blower needs to run before the heat comes on? I am not sure how to test the cycling thermostat. If this is the one on the element, it shows continuity. As far as the board goes, I am not sure how to check that. If it is in the board, the cost of a new one may negate the the logic of repairing the dryer. Again, thanks for the reply; it is very helpful
