These front control slide in ranges always seem frustrating to disassemble.   Customer complaint 3 cooktop burners not working, anticipate digging deep into control panel. 

Already got the parts and tech manual from service matters, but couldn’t find a good match for a service manual. Is there a good service manual that crosses fairly close to this platform?

Hard to keep all the platforms straight. After seeing this was an “IKEA” platform, we reviewed W11174814 manual too and were well prepared for disassembly. 

Oddball customer complaint was 3 cooktop burners not working. Turns out she had bad control knobs. Ten second diagnostic. We over prepared for this job!
